Aubrey Co., founded in 2021 by Brian Bax, emerged amidst the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on his other ventures in the event industry. As a husband and father of two children, Brian recognized that his extensive experience in the lawn industry could provide a source of stability during challenging times.

 

Brian's journey in lawn care began at the age of 12, mowing lawns for neighbors in Ballwin, Missouri. In his early 20s, he supported his passion for music by working for a small lawn care company, where he honed his skills over four years.

 

With the goal of creating a reliable lawn maintenance service, and with the support of his wife, Brian and his crew launched their first season in Wentzville, Missouri with nearly 60 clients. Initially specializing in mowing, bush trimming, and mulch installation, they expanded their services to include stone edging, planting, and design by the end of the season.

 

Brian soon discovered a passion for designing and building beautiful outdoor spaces incorporating walls, pavers, lighting, fire pits, and more. In 2025, the team's primary focus is design, build, and maintenance. Aubrey Co is committed to providing a stress-free landscape experience through clear communication, beautiful designs, and meticulous attention to detail.
