Residential Snow Removal FAQs
+When do you come out?
Service starts once 2" of snow has fallen. Driveways on the route are cleared in order as the crew works through the storm.
+Which areas are on the route?
Wentzville, O'Fallon and Lake St. Louis. If you're nearby, call us and we'll let you know if we can help.
+How does payment work?
Choose a card on file charged after each completed visit, or prepay the 8-visit season package at 10% off. Your spot is held once payment is set up.
+How do I know which driveway size I have?
Small is up to 600 sq ft (a short 2-car drive), Standard is 600–1,000 sq ft (most homes) and Large is 1,000+ sq ft (long or 3-car drives). If you're unsure, pick your best guess — we confirm it on the first visit.
+What if it snows less than 2 inches?
Service starts at 2" of snow. Lighter snowfalls aren't cleared on the route and aren't charged.
+Do I need to be home?
No. Just keep cars and obstacles off the driveway when snow is expected so the crew can clear it fully.
+Is the front walk included?
Walkways under 10 linear feet are cleared with your driveway at no extra charge. Longer walks are an optional +$15 per visit add-on you can choose when you sign up.
